Data Harbor Experience / Los Barriles
Los Barriles Community Water
In the sun-drenched and dry environment of Mexico’s Baja Peninsula water availability is a common stressor for resorts and communities. Very few reservoirs exists and their levels are highly variable and hard to predict. This poses a significant challenge for any in the hospitality space who need to provide a constant standard of water availability to their guests and staff.
Remote Data Monitoring For Agriculture
Data Harbor was challenged with providing constant water level monitoring to a very remote luxury community near Los Barriles who needed constant, global visibility and control. Our engineers began with a location assessment and resource audit. Networks were available but intermittent and power was no different. Our team engineered a long-lasting remote device array capable of providing real-time level monitoring and flow rates through remote cellular network transmitters. Using new innovations in sensor technology which lower power demands our designers side-stepped the limitations of the rural application which other resorts are burdened with and gave our client reliable, constant access to water levels in community cisterns. With this solution in place, our client is able to predict shortages and make proactive moves which greatly reduce community water trauma and the resulting chaos.

A Remote Data Monitoring provider like Data Harbor offers much more than a system and hardware, we bring a higher level of support which makes the ultimate difference in success. Data Harbor is different because of our customization planning and incredible focus on client requirements.
